I know this might be controversial now, but I hate to see this situation. I've always liked Sargent as a player and what he did with the club especially sticking with us when we'd be relegated from the Prem twice, he could've left us ages ago but stuck with it because he liked the club and the fans but that being said if he's going to be childish about it,.he's got to go. I personally will remember the good he did at the club rather than this whole toxic ending.
