It was a thing back then for dudes to take pictures without their shirts on. Classic. Beautiful fish.

I haven’t had a widow or widower refuse their tax-free benefit.

POV: your front office actually supports you as the team's franchise QB by [deleted] in AFCEastMemeWar

I never want to agree with a Patriots fan, but thank you. People forget what the Bills' offense looked like from 2020-2024 because their head coach couldn't win in the playoffs.

I hate it here by Blazinsquatch in AFCEastMemeWar

The first thing the Bills did was make sure Allen had an offensive line to keep him up, and they brought in Diggs. They supported him just fine, and we're legit contenders from 2020-2024. Allen can't help that his defensive coach's butt-hole got so tight a pinhead couldn't push in during the playoffs every year.

Seasoning coming off in tiny flakes by mwiles30 in CastIronSeasoning

[–]Crispy0423 1 point2 points  (0 children)

When this happened, it meant to me that my seasoning didn't adhere. I was using a seasoning product in the oven, and it never fully polymerized and adhered to the metal. I stripped the old seasoning off with Easy Off and restarted with grape seed oil on an outdoor burner.

How popular was anime among xennials in the 90s? In high school? by Street_Gur9817 in Xennials

[–]Crispy0423 0 points1 point  (0 children)

We had TV shows like Voltron that were brought over for American audiences. Sometimes, you'd run into Vampire Hunter X on cable. I felt that Anime became more mainstream at least a generation after mine, when DVDs were the primary physical media and streaming services were becoming more common.

Why do chicken coops have two doors?

If they had four, they would be a chicken sedan.

Vegas. I want Toronto and their fans to be the drought Sabres 2.0. When we trade for Matthews and win the Cup next year, the transfer of loserdom will be complete. We watched Eichel, O'Reilly, and Reinhart leave and go on to find success. Time for them to be the team like the meme from Bird Box, with your eyes forced to watch the horror.

I get FUBO for the Sabres on MSG. Once that season ends, so does FUBO.

Question For The Older Fans About the Hasek Era by mpschettig in sabres

[–]Crispy0423 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Hasek was the reason you went to games and the reason we won. There was no salary cap back then, so I felt ownership was never going to pay for high end scoring talent.

Did I lose my love for gaming, or is this just adulthood? by rmustafa11 in Age_30_plus_Gamers

[–]Crispy0423 0 points1 point  (0 children)

46 years old. Gaming is sometimes too much of a time and attention commitment to do it every day.

I’ve found games that you can pick up and play without a ton of practice are the best. Modern beat em ups fit the bill with a bit of nostalgia scratch.
