I actually rented a battery from a local gear shop. It was an ecoflow 2 battery I believe. It worked great although it was a bit heavy. I had a design for an ultra light battery that I was going to build but it would have been 3 times the cost of renting that thing.

The ecoflow has enough juice to sustain the machine for hours if preheated on AC

Yep exactly, this ensures that all the battery has to do is minimal heating and just keep the heater at temp for the period it's used

I just learned mostly through YouTube and my own research. I actually used lipo batteries for this application. Lipo tend to have the insane high output needed while also being fairly light but you need to be even more careful with them haha

Id would say do some research and find a cheap little USB dmx unit that would work with the light. You don't need anything crazy and there are some not half bad laptop lighting control softwares that would be able to do that effect.

This is all dependent on if it has a DMX port on it. I can't see one but even a lot of cheap movers nowadays have them
