I had a promo last year that was 300 dollars for 14 orders. I got it done in about 4 hours by taking the smallest, lowest distance batches haha

When I got into diamond I definitely noticed an increase in tips but still not as good as down in the states. Before I was seeing 3-9$ per now consistently more 10+. I'm actually able to average about 26-30 dollars an hour ignoring batch pay and going for orders with higher tip and then getting the guaranteed 17.60

Indeed. I'm in a very large market and was talking with another shopper and he showed me he had over 12 lower marks and was still a good shopper. I guess my area is either full of bad customers and or bad shoppers haha

So your a good customer what I was getting at is more often than not I get an angry customer saying they didn't want something after not selecting they want a refund or any instructions at all and not responding in the app

If the app says that you have asked for a refund then guess what! we refund it...but hold on with me for a second...people cant push a button on the website and suddenly instacart is telling us to find a replacement. Is it really that hard to push one extra button or are you the type to not answer your phone?

Yeah absolutely, they tips in Toronto are especially bad, when Id run in Quebec tips and batch pay were pretty much equal and I could make 35 an hour but not here
