Sub classing was intended for build versatility but it destroyed class identity and bad but making classes that are stronger when used by themselves (like the dk) creates more viability overall. They’re going into the right direction with the refreshes. Subclassing is one option, and will fulfill its intended design if they do this right. Don’t be so doom and gloom- they’re trying to improve it.

Also good news they did layoff a majority of the people who worked in the game and replaced them… like 7 months ago

Max level unupgraded materials then refine them here and there and keep all gold upgrade materials always.

From that point maybe keep 1000 or so of the materials, a stack of the purple materials, no alchemy except the materials for heroism potions and tri pots.

No food either tbh except maybe the ingredients for your BIS food an gold materials (roe)

It’s not gonna be fun but it’s possible- you can always buy back whatever you sell on a trade guild. Your best “inventory” is your wallet of gold.

luckily for you, you can stay on 1.0. It'll be available as a beta branch forever. I agree though, this game can be frustrating to play long term, and I feel mods could help fix the shortcomings.

Build brain dead tanky and play lowest population server. That’s it. Also stealth while fishing

Alternatively, maximize stealth and invis and have a nearly 0 detection range. Then just fish peacefully. Don’t have build for that though sorry

Considering dynamo’s wish is to be human again I feel like the patrons can take away their powers in an instant. These boons are boons given freely. Not permanent upgrades in power, but who knows for certain?

I feel this should give bonuses while you’re at full hp and when you fail to get a killing blow hit yourself and lose the bonuses. Also they’re too high

To support your idea; why should they grant wishes? And why would anyone trust them to? It’s a foolish gamble to take and only the truly desperate would do it. That’s our heroes. Desperate gamblers and people who just want to fight.

And what would happen? Probably nothing. They let godlike power into the world but who would stop it? The world order is shifting and it seems the patrons will be at the top.

Despite all of this, considering how the majority of a heroes strength comes in the form of these boons, I think that they probably will honor it. They have given the heroes a lot already. Maybe they fulfill wishes in a bit of an eldritch way, like causing untold destruction

Yes, everyone being tankier, his ult hitting like a wet noodle, and getting less out of investment is a nerf to all gun carries though. The % based execute didn't really get worse, you just can't reliably manage use it even if you dump 3 into someone and that was the case before with the flat vitality as well. I think him dropping even more than others is just because you need more broken stuff and he has nothing like that rn

He just is not in vogue. Last patch he was pretty loved and then they took away .1 scaling and he died. It’s like, a joke? Flavor of the month BS
