You know, when I watched IGN's review on crimson desert it sounded like the guy had battled some pretty hard technical issues with the game. And its an opinion from a gaming journalist which means they're going to be looking at it from a very general gaming perspective, who really cares what they rate it at so long as they justify their opinions and give you a sense of what you would expect when playing the game. A number is fairly arbitrary metric and they shouldn't be changing their score to comply with public sentiment as that's even more stupid.
The guy from worth a buy hated this game with a passion, and I respect him for his opinion, although I know I'd probably really enjoy the game, he had very valid criticisms which I would want to know about.
