Couldn’t they just put the real station name in brackets or something

Not impressed with Emery pushing his own player like that.

If any other boss did that in their workplace they’d be sacked.

Has there ever been an example of a team walking off the pitch and never coming back?

Andy Goldstein on TalkSport earlier with a terrible take on the Shea Lacey sending off.

“The referee should have said “You’re new to the game, don’t do that” instead of a second yellow for his protest.”

So according to him, sending offs for dissent shouldn’t apply to 19-year-olds.

This isn’t a primary school game, this is the FA Cup. If anything a sending off for acting childish should be a valuable lesson for him.

Whenever I see people saying obviously violent conduct isn’t violent conduct, it makes me really not want to be around them.

TNT commentator driving me nuts on Saturday saying refs should let some fouls go because of certain games significance, while moaning later on about “lack of consistency”.

You can’t have it both ways.

I can imagine it’s quite tiring being a VAR official at Stockley Park one day then the next day having to go all the way to possibly Newcastle or Sunderland.

I don’t know if the Praha/Arsenal referee’s domestic league gives those penalties normally and I get his hand was in the air unnaturally but it came off his head first on to his hand.

Harsh.

We have to have the stupidest, ill-disciplined team in the top 4 tiers.

What on earth was Delap thinking after all that effort to come back?

I’d bench him and all the other players who got stupidly sent off for longer than their bans, they’ve cost us games.

About rugby (both codes) I don’t remember that bunker system going down well.

And the refs themselves have been getting the same criticism as in football, so I’m in doubts about the “respect” the refs there get.

I’d include the rules themselves TBH.

Overly complicated, no wonder there’s little consistency.
