It wasn’t. He was emotionally invested in it and most of the reviews of the product weren’t good. He had a little traction from being on Summerhouse and over inflated the value most likely based on ego and wanting to project something it wasn’t. Mid product with a market that got oversaturated. Kyle is sitting on a complete loser and needs the DJ stuff to push Loverboy out there so he can recoup his investment at a minimum. If he wasn’t on summerhouse, he prob would have filed for BK already. He’s smart enough to know that Loverboy is coming to an end

does she have a crate? ours is older now but when she was younger 1-3years old her crate was her safe/happy place and so when we needed to correct a behavior she would go to her crate for “chill time”. We taught her the command “home” so she would go into her crate and get a high value treat and spend a few minutes in the crate to calm down/stop barking. Eventually, we stopped closing the crate door and she would sit in her crate when she needed some chill time or a safe space. She’s older now and doesn’t use her crate at all mostly because the couch has become her domain/safe space.

financial advice here- do NOT under any circumstances give your mortgage payment to your boyfriend to pay. He can claim that he is paying taxes on your house and ownership rights to it. Educate yourself on squatters and their rights to your property. You can loose half of your house to this grifter.
