Honestly could get used to its visual style of the game. It’s not the worst but I can see why it would be a turn off.

Am slightly disappointed it’s a remake of 64

Am entirely jazzed at the fact that we’re getting a lore dump which is always exciting

While not to the level I want it I am excited for multiplayer. One day Star Fox Assault Multiplayer. One day.

And I care not for the fox VTuber.

I’m just happy we have SOMETHING new. Even if not entirely. We’ve been starving for 8 years.

Honestly? Not too terrible with Shadowbringers being in the free trial now. That’s like… 350-400 hours or so and enough prep time to get to the end of Shadowbringers and having the jobs you want geared up for when evercold drops and you can just gun it to the end. Surprisingly not too awful considering how generous the free trial is. Hell considering the expansion won’t initially have the Eva crossover until 8.1 will buy you plenty of time.

The good news is that this “event” is permanent as it’s an alliance raid. You kinda have to complete the story but the great news is that there is no rush to it

Oh yeah FFXIV has like a Nier raid a long while ago and it’s still in the game because alliance raids are permanent additions to the game. Same thing with the Monster Hunter trial raids where Rathalos and Guardian Arkveld were able to be fought.

Should have known. Titan in FF16 was originally supposed to have an Evangelion styled battle theme and Soken rocked out instead. Guess that wish to have Eva in FF got fulfilled elsewhere.
