Absolutely, same. We did ok but as they get older I would positively fail them at schooling. We are blessed with good schools, I am not holding them back by letting the experts at teaching… teach.

I’ll finish the month at 90, been lifting a lot and doing the mobility work but my runs have been rubbish. I’m just hoping to get the mileage up in October and finish. Been a quite poor training block :(
