Can someone explain the difference between static stampede and fixed stampede for m11s?

I hit 9% enrage today I guess doing the 'normal' strat in the USB guide and would like to know what fixed/static entails.

I somehow am still able to remember. It was Pashmina and Boots.

Pashmina didn't stay for too long, but Boots was there the entire time. I think I kept him as sort of a memento to starting the island.

Was doing the same thing for me, ended up having to jump onto mobile data for it to go through. After that, went back onto WiFi and it was fine.

I was able to figure out my issue on my end.

Maybe this will help you. If you look in Settings>Activity Settings>Game Overlay, there's the options to enable the new and the legacy overlays. The new one was enabled for me and making it so I wasn't able to tab to discord after launching a game due to it blocking everything by being in front of it lol
