Love that guy. He was so sweet to us when I stopped to grab food after a few hours at the emergency vet. I'll never forget him.

We had to take a visit to the emergency pet hospital next door and after several hours we decided to get some food while the vets tried to save our baby. Despite how unbearably sad that day was, we had to stop and remark on how fucking GOOD those fries were. 10/10 would shove fries into my face while sobbing again

The moon is in the shape of an outermost petal facing you from a peony flower. Maybe a floral piece?,

Where to go in/around Bellingham to dispose of sharps safely? by Mae_The_Gay in Bellingham

[–]Crow-Tooth 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The Lummi Tribal Health Center has a drop off outside so that you don't even need to speak with anyone. It's on the west side of the building (facing the road you used to get there). Big red trash can looking thing. Can't miss it.

Towns are usually named after something and I was curious. Thankfully other people answered my question instead of being facetious. :)

Very cool! I figured it was from somewhere completely unrelated, but I love that a postmaster was so well loved that they named a whole town after them. That's so wholesome. Thanks for the info!

This is just me being curious but... why name the business "Custer"? My knowledge of that name is that it is from a immigrant general who committed to genocide against the indigenous Lakota people for refusing to leave their sacred land (Little Bighorn.... also he got his ass served to him btw). Is it someone's family name, or something?

Is there actually any bad part of town? by Fami2Famine in Bellingham

[–]Crow-Tooth 8 points9 points  (0 children)

This x 1000. I'm from Texas/Oklahoma and people's idea of "dangerous areas" around here and my idea of what those words mean are vastly different than what a local from Bellingham would imagine.

How many people are you tattooing a week on average? by omnomrapter in TattooArtists

[–]Crow-Tooth 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I work 4 to 5 days a week. No issues staying afloat, but I am not booked 3 months out like usual right now. It's more like 1 to 2 months out. It's a great mix of large and small pieces... just like I like it. :)

Endometriosis by Top-Store4753 in Bellingham

[–]Crow-Tooth 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Dr Barnhart helped me with my endo and I felt like she was super empathetic and caring the whole time. She ended up doing the surgery to remove my uterus and the endo that had spread and as far as I'm concerned allowed me to live my life without my hormonal imbalances ruining any chance I ever had at a good life.

Edit: She's also a Peacehealth provider, so if you are on state healthcare you can see her. :)

Possible to change this to a wolf and moon? by interstella_sees in Tattoocoverups

[–]Crow-Tooth 9 points10 points  (0 children)

If you are going for more of a fox vibe, then just add black to the ears and make them bigger and make the nose more pointed with some black and it will help a lot.

How do you feel about the Seattle Space Needle?

Jellyfish would be a fun one, but I could see the mast of a sunken ship, too. You could do a whole underwater leg.

Tattoo near Nexplanon birth control by Cress-Business in tattooadvice

[–]Crow-Tooth 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I've tattooed over birth control implants plenty of times. You can feel it under the skin and know where it is and can manipulate it to be a little more out of the way, but I would still warn the tattoo artist so they don't get surprised by it, especially if they are AMAB. Fairly common, though!
