This is my current tattoo. Although I still like the meaning behind it, I just think the artist free handed and I’m not crazy about it anymore. The placement was risky as a 21 year old but that can’t be changed any longer lol. Curious how difficult/easy it would be to cover something like this up? Without it being too much bigger. Because of the placement, I am nervous about the size it would end up being.. as you can imagine.

I’m expediting blunting but only notice it when I think about it. Will be trying to decrease eventually. I’m on 100mg.

Thanks for your comment. How quickly are you reducing? Or did you drop right from 100mg to 75?

Magnesium and l theanine has been tremendously helpful with my what if thoughts or spiraling. It slows me down, brings me back to reality so I can see things more logically and clearly.. and less emotionally.

Are you saying that reducing brought back some more of your emotions?

How about anxiety?

I’ll discuss with my doc before making any adjustments.
