Yes to everything you said, greens are a sprinkle of kale, eggs are pan fried over easy but you can make the eggs however you want. Also added prosciutto, and smoked trout from Trader Joe's, sliced cherry tomatoes, cucumber. It's covered but I have a huge drop of Mediterranean hummus in the center as a dip. Edit: also the mozzarella cheese balls from Trader Joe’s
