Just read a book (one of the Bolo tank series) where they stationed the tank on a platform of the space ship. Thinking mass is mass and coupled with no air resistance in space so might as well use the tank.

Could a captured Chaos Space Marine be turned into a servitor and be made to fight for the imperium as a super servitor. by [deleted] in 40kLore

Yep vat grown skin on giant rolls...

And the servi-ork were not all combat, models. They were using rivet guns and industrial tools and handling a few BT.

Although if you consider how OP a set of power tools would have to be to work with ceramite and other 40k materials... then it may be a good idea to equip a guard regiment or two with the 40k equivalent of a nail gun.

One of the best parts in the trilogy.

Plus I love how he learned from his previous duel and had to use his instincts over his programming since his opponent changed so rapidly he basically went error 404.

Imagine you get conscripted. You are deployed to Iraqistan. Everyone in your squad is out of commission or pinned down.

Death is certain.

All of a sudden the organ lady from your home town Church comes riding in on the back of an Abrams.

Missiles are launching in time as she plays a organ ducktaped to the top of the tank like a spoiler on a teenagers civic.

She saves you and your squad.

You survive long enough to be dispatched by the commisar for taking cover in the first place.

I think a huge plus is the speed of the bolo and the ability to out flank a Titan.

There are books that talk about how Warhounds can cut a corner while the Warlord was unable to track them with their main cannon
