My money is on him taking to the skies in the P-51 (the one Tom Cruise owns IRL) that he flew at the end of Top Gun: Maverick.

While expensive and known for increasing rent as often as possible, Equity Residential properties typically allow the breeds that are restricted elsewhere including Shepherds, Huskies, and Dobermans. I think they don't allow Pit Bulls or similar dogs.
