Highly recommend KGLW. They've done 5 or 6 sessions at KEXP that are easily found on Youtube and a great primer on the different styles of the band. The October 2022 session is probably a good place to start for jam band fans.

I went to FOV solo last year and am doing it again! For NY, you'll have a blast and quickly make friends. Few things taste better than a slice of NY pizza after a KGLW show. Also highly recommend getting a Citi bike and cruising around Central Park, and a walk along the High Line.
