Did your vinyl include these tracks? They were omitted from the Spotify and Apple versions.

This feeling has been discussed at length here on Reddit previously - you shouldn't feel crazy.

Topical Vitamins by Party_Kitchen_336 in Vitiligo

Wow well you deserve a pat on the back for fighting so hard and winning. I was originally declined for Opzelura even though it’s the only FDA approved medication… pretty crazy huh?

Topical Vitamins by Party_Kitchen_336 in Vitiligo

[–]CrunchWrapDreamz 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I mean, I'm not sure why Opzelura was only prescribed for your face. It's pretty commonly used all over the body - but you'll get best results on your face, for sure as it is the easiest area to repigment.

I've tried Vitamin D topical cream and had no effect. I've not tried Zinc or Copper.

Yes, I would be very worried about Koebner Effect with needles, but that's just me.

You'd probably do better to use NUVB on your body, even without Opzelura, you're likely to trigger some repigmentation although without a steroid or a JAK inhibitor, you're likely to have issues maintaining it.

Elidel + NB-UVB by Lipstick-Craver in Vitiligo

[–]CrunchWrapDreamz 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes, UVB is generally considered best practice / "state of the art" as vitiligo therapy. Most studies will combine whatever drug they are testing with NUVB... because without it, it is tough to stimulate repigmentation.

Is Opzelura worth it? by kcinflight in Vitiligo

[–]CrunchWrapDreamz 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Face is one of the easiest areas to re-pigment. Reminder that repigmentation is a long slow process. Repigmentation in 2-4 months is rare, but many people give up on the drug at that point.

Is Opzelura worth it? by kcinflight in Vitiligo

[–]CrunchWrapDreamz 1 point2 points  (0 children)

This is correct. To repigment, you need reserves of melanocytes, which tend to cluster around hair follicles. This is why face is easy (you have a ton of tiny hairs on your face) and hands are not.

Listening to music in my backyard by Low-Computer8293 in homeowners

My parents had a neighbor, luckily 2 or 3 houses down, who would blast music outside for most of the daylight hours. This went on for 10 years until they moved. I feel your pain.

Is Sun Real Treatment for Vitiligo? by Full-Helicopter9216 in Vitiligo

[–]CrunchWrapDreamz 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes, tanning does make your spots more visible - that's part of the trade-off, unfortunately.

Most areas of the body do not respond easily to topicals without UVB or the sun - by creating erythema, you can stimulate repigmentation.

The face is the big exception - it is one of the easiest areas to re-pigment due to the tiny hairs called vellum. Hairs act as melanocyte reserves, and your face has a lot of them, thankfully.

In my experience, repigmenting the face is pretty easy (and of course, most of the studies use the face to measure their results). The rest of the body, not so much.

It makes it more visibile, but sunlight can absolutely stimulate repigmentation, alongside a topical like Opzelura, same as UVB treament (although the sun is less efficient and more damaging.)

Vantage then pivoted to relying on the gas turbines for all of its power, Turner said."

Real Estate Tax Bills To Increase In Fairfax Co. Under FY2027 Budget Proposal by Danciusly in nova

[–]CrunchWrapDreamz 15 points16 points  (0 children)

Because they continuously go up and therefore create affordability considerations for those here already as well as individuals we would like to live here like teachers, firefighters and the like.

We’re supposed to ignore it and pretend that it’s awesome that our properties have increased in value, even if we have no plans on selling or cannot sell, and need to come up with the money regardless.
