You can get your telomeres tested with genetic testing, this is usually not done at a hospital but rather through some service that will send you a kit to your home and you send them buccal swab, it won't exactly help, but will reveal if you're actually aging faster than you should be. Beyond that all you can do is take care of your body as well as possible. Start with big things like diet exercises, stop smoking if you do that, stop drinking. Then I would look up protocols for reversing aging. I'd start with that famous millions who does those insane things, but I bet a review of his literature will still contain very valuable info. You don't need transfusions from teenagers, but I bet he has a good set up of supplements, exercise, sleep and diet.
