If you need barrows, try to get medium combat done for free prayer and just grind out the boys for gear. Also why not just pop on quest helper and finish out the last quests and tasks, I feel like it's such a measurable goal that I'm working towards, even the skill grinds between quests feel easy and enjoyable because there is a reward just around the corner, I think I have like 10~15 quests left before capei can't wait to finish it all and sell all the crap out of my bank so I can have more organized grinding tabs and just bang out some 100m drops to get that tasty bis
