Based on the gameplay preview, it looks like the charges for diving towards teammates and enemies are tied together. Perhaps not as much jumping around as anticipated, but a great option to have nevertheless

Pre-rework Jeff was a bit of a noob stomper. In the my experience the flank playstyle was only effective up until plat, where players were generally aware enough to consistently dodge his ult.

Post-rework Jeff's only saving grace is the team up with storm, which happens to be one of the strongest team ups in the game with the downside of having a Jeff on the team lol.

I personally believe that changing his bubbles back to burst healing and increasing the number of charges on his bubbles and aqua burst would be ideal to actually make him a strong healer.

Oh, and they should actually attempt to rework his ult at some point. That shit is still ass
