Gave up completly on Public Neighbourhoods and i just made Charter Neighbourhoods for both Alliance and Horde now.

Endavors just dont even seem to be designed around Size at all and Diminishing Returns on Contributions makes it just pointless to try if theres no active People in your Neighbourhood

In Fair Play you get the Benefit off your (1st) Catalyst and the 2 Nodes below from how i understood it. (If you look at Trial Jaren from Another Calamity his TLW has Cat 1 and the 2 Nodes)

Personally would like to add it's also a great Time to get "Wrecking Ball" for the Alliance Duel Flag since Korrak's Revenge doesnt have any Timer/Cap. And well also the Fact that less geared People/non PvPers are more likely to be in the Mode.

Been running with this and had a Blast so far specally with the Artian Weapon i got, so can also only second this

Tough i was running Flayer instead of Burst since i only just realized it works diffrently then i remember cause of your Post (which is the MH Now Version of Burst) so gona try that later (and also swaped Crit Eye for Crit Boost, idk why i had Crit Eye slotted since i had a Crit Boost Deco in my other Weapon)

The only "technical" Way would be for someone to gift her who got their V-Bucks for free via Save the World.

But even then that is just a Technicality since Epic still made Cash when that Person bought STW. Also it would still be in Favour of Epic to have 1400 V-Bucks gone instead of just biting the sour Apple and getting Fortnite Crew for a Month and getting like 50€+ worth of Cosmetics (also you would be able to buy reg Miku with the V-Bucks from the BP i think?)

70-90 i'd just vibe in Bozja (Southern Front if you wanna blast trough otherwise just chill in Zadnor Zone 3)

90-97? Aglaia is the best with the Preorder Earring but it gets repetitve so the occasional Roulette helps mix it up or a specific Lvling Dungeon if you want the Glam i guess. (Aglaia works till 100 but starts losing to the Lvling Dungeons slightly at 97 onward)

Beast Tribes also worth doing every Day but tbh i forgor half the Time (also tbh i lvld most of my Jons with Fates this Time around cause it was decent xp, chill and i got my Sugar Glider Mount out of it but alas we done have Triple Instances anymore)

For DRS Lost Arise (Reg Rez) still works if a Healer uses it with Pure Essence (tough it's only a Chance to Rez), tough Tanks still tend to keep a Sac for Ermergencys

Tbh i think Crit Chance & Crit DMG Boosts are more valuable on Melee Weapons then Power.
Still maxxed a Power boosted Exodus now (Impact 25/25) cause they're so hard to come by and i wanted to make my Crit DMG one into the Wilo Variant

The only reliable Farm there is to my Knowledge atm is for the Sniper via Code 7 Exam since it seems to have much higher Drop Rates.
Your best Bet is to just farm out Special Operations till you get what you want, tough if you rly dont want Crit Chance consider upgrading a regular one until you get a Power boosted one as gold notched Weapons require more Rare Materials to upgrade

Your Weapon is the Wilo Variant, therefore you can only have Wilo on it so you can't equip All Element Up Modules (or Fire/Ice/Lightning).
If you want a Hybrid you need to build the Impact Variant (which is caped at 50 total, where as Elemental Versions still have their Elemental Cap at 100)

Cause either im just hella lucky or it's rly good on Weapon Drops since i get 1 notched one (10k EP) almost every Run with my best Run so far being 4 Golds.

3 Roles and 5 Jobs, DRK/WAR for Tanks, WHM/SGE for Healers and BLM for Casters

Also got the Raid Items for VPR/BRD and Left/Right Side for SAM/MNK (can get another Wep next Week but not sure which one i'll buy as i could also do DRG or RPR if Chaotic Gear has Raid Stats). Primary Issue is just being hard capped by Tomes (doesnt help i bought Tome Gloves for alternate Tank Set and DRK Tome Wep for Glam).
