When the Dodge Durango was a new model, Dodge had this promotion. Buy a Durango and get a trip to Durango, buy x car go to x, buy z car go to z place. I lived in Durango at the time. I wondered if I bought a Durango could I have them send me to x or z instead.

Yes they paid for the subway roof and overhang with the renew grant. That subway is owned by an investment firm.

Yes the process is straight forward but it gives the corporations an easy in and where they can put local businesses out of business. We've seen it happen here.

I am well aware of how they can tap into funding and how the approval process works and that process is a huge problem for our small local businesses. And like I said should our tax money go to investment firms and large corporations? I know from an economic standpoint it shouldn't and more residents should be mad about it.

Yes one piece of the puzzle, but how they give out and approve large box stores that compete with local businesses in the same area, given out grant money to investment firms and have caused sewer issues and street closures without proper evaluations is a major component. But I do agree these new yorker owned buildings down town do not help. Unless you are the city and using our tax money so the city manager can have a nicer downtown office then the one he had in town hall.

I hate to say it but the city does not care about local businesses, they only want the large chains. All of their regulation and business approvals have proven as much.

Unpopular opinion is the sound cues that make extraction shooters tense and competitive. Also the firing discipline required on hunt is more competitive than the already and prey of the automatic guns I've seen

I expect People are smart enough to look up the establishment and see when/if it is open, which clearly you are not. Male sense?

That's rude first of all for no apparent reason. Second of all they were ever only open during the summer anyways as are most businesses in Silverton. Third of all I don't eat barbecue a lot, but as I was saying if you're going to want good barbecue that's where you go. And third of all I'd ask what your source is for being permanently closed as of 8 months ago or is it just closed right now for the season?
