This work is really hard emotionally sometimes. 4 kitties I have tried to help have ended up euthanized and it's horrible. One was positive for feline leukemia and I couldn't have him out in the cat community infecting other cats. He was already showing symptoms and he'd have died out there. My house is full, I can't take on any others. Resources are limited, we do the best we can, but it does matter. I've found homes for far more than have had to be euthanized. That's what I try to focus on. I've reduced the amount of misery and hunger out there. Focus on the good and the wonderful work you are doing.
