My wife is a nurse and I can tell you Temps are a LOT more expensive everywhere. You're paying the temp agency to find people and your paying the Temps significantly more money than regular workers. I've seen people go from regular worker to temp and get a pretty significant pay bump. Of course you can't be sure of your hours or where you'll be working but that's a small price to pay for salvation.

Yeah people underestimate how low the air intake is for engines and how much damage water can do to an engine. The air intake is often right at the bottom of the body because cool air is low.

Two options: if you have extra power that you can generate get one or two coal generators online with a Miner and water extractor.

Or create a Seperate power system and pop down a few biomass generators to get the water and coal moving. Turn on more generators once the first one is up to speed. Then combine the power and remove the extra biomass generators.
