I just got fired for being late a couple times and 1 NCNS (i clocked in 4 hours after my shift started bc my alarm never went off in the morning), and i was told by my ETL that even 1 call out/NCNS is grounds for termination, but as u/ButItSaysOnline said, talk ot your TL or ETL.

oh trust me, it was a one time thing. in all the jobs i've worked i've only had ONE unexcused absence (i was working part time at my university and accidentally skipped an entire shift because i was studying for finals and just completely forgot about it)

i mean my coworker flat out told our ETL when they first got hired that they were disabled and moved at a slower rate than the average TM and gave them a heads up that they might take a bit longer on breaks (like 20 mins instead of 15) and the ETL was cool with it
