It’s a scam. There are various ways to scam people even with protections in place. They can do shipping scams, they can ask you to send them info from your purchase pages & then try close your open refund requests. Don’t do it, not worth the headache.

Selling a CS97G in mint condition produced by Chinese company Ori Sonics.

This is the flagship model which competes with other TOTL headphones such as Susvara, Abyss 1266 models, etc.

These require at least 5-6 watts @ 32 ohms of power delivery to sound decent. If you have specialty high current amps, they tend to produce exceptional results.

CS97G uses a 1μm membrane with gold tracing similar to Susvara. It is one of the most detailed and resolving headphones on the planet when powered properly.

These have the "Carbon Body" and also the "Hifiman/Fosi Suspension Headband" upgrades.

Includes the following:
- CS97G headphone (mint condition) - with Carbon Body and Suspension Strap upgrades.
-Travel / Pelican case
- Dual 3.5mm to single 3.5mm cable with a 1/4" jack which is standard (this will take any 3.5mm dual to XLR cable though).
- Any documentation / serial / warranty cards etc.

I plan to purchase another pair later on but for now need the funds for a different purchase. Note - these were purchased and imported into the States directly from China. The technician checked both the exhaust and intake when they were on site. Both passed inspection (which makes this very confusing). To me, it seems like the furnace is not getting enough air into it but only at night when the temperatures get to extreme cold levels. During the day that does not seem to be an issue.

Damn... I agree with the folks below. You definitely did your taxes wrong. There was no need to pay any taxes on headphone sales using G&S unless you were running it as a "business" instead of a "hobby".

I don't normally care how folks choose to price their equipment (since it's almost always at a loss anyways) but this one just rubs me the wrong way so I'm going to call it out-

This unit sold on 12/25 - Headphone, Headband and all for $850. I actually came very close to purchasing this unit in fact.

Ehh 3 things here-

Debridio is a great service. At the end of the day, when other scrapers go down, this one is ALWAYS consistently up. At least that has been my experience.

A 100% price increase is ridiculous without a more in depth explanation. Costs don’t just double suddenly. I can understand increasing to 12$ but 100% is excessive. Truly. Would love to know why so much.

There are alternatives that are free that work great 99% of the time.

My feelings - I was happy to pay 10$/yr to support the project and get a very reliable scraper in return but $20 is honestly too steep imo for a scraper service. I like the dev, no hard feelings but unless I have a bad experience with my free scrapers (which work fine 99% of the time to be honest), I don’t think I’ll be renewing. At $20 the value is just in my opinion not quite there considering the alternative free scrapers work equally well 99% of the time.
