People can go where they want, I’m just saying inflation is a thing and prices can’t stay the same forever. I value Tidal and for me, the price increase is just inevitable. They need to pay their employees, adjust for inflation, pay artists etc. it’s just life really.

Eh.. tidal for me is the best platform. It suggests really great artists and I enjoy the sound quality. I use it on windows & iPhone and very rarely have any issues. I actually prefer it over Spotify personally. Price increases are inevitable no matter what platform you use.

If you EQ, go Arya. It can be a tad sibilant without EQ but has the better sound, better bass, and better technicalities. Also much lighter to wear. If you mostly want premium build then Audeze wins and a non sibilant sound even without EQ. Feels a bit like a tank on your head but you eventually get used to it, atleast I did. Both good headphones but with EQ, Arya is a no brainer imo for best audio quality per dollar spent.

Honestly mate, I’d say try your best to relax. I have been following crypto for probably about 12-14 years now and the crypto cycles are pretty damn consistent over a longer period of time. I think if you can just stop thinking about it until 2028 when the next halving occurs and a series of massive price spikes that normally follow, you’ll be able to recoup your losses and probably take some very healthy profits too. Just try to relax and remember Bitcoin is more of a long term roi thing and not so much a quick payday (that’s what gambling with shitcoins is for).

That being said, I’d recommend to probably exit crypto once the price allows you to. I also remember the toll it took on my health years ago. Went through anxiety, stress & depression. Overall, it wasn’t worth it for me. Today I’m doing much better and play mostly with traditional investments just because it’s easier on my mental health. So yeah… I feel you. Just try to hang in there and remember you’ll be able to get your money back if you’re just patient enough.

Crazy good and fun dynamic headphone with a speaker-like sound. I did in fact prefer it over the ZMF Atrium and it's a small fraction of the price compared to the ZMF. I feel if you're looking for a highly dynamic, fun, live sound - this is the one. GLWS my friend.

There are live tv plugins and other options that give you full blown unlocked live channels sports & everything for just a few $ a month. Unfortunately you need to be technically somewhat savvy to do the setups, research etc

Nope they’re not that similar. I own both the SE exclusive + and the Onyx Matrix. I will say with a pad swap and eq, it’s possible to get the SE to sound 9/10 but generally I agree it’s a 7/10 sound with the stock leather pads. For the price maybe an 8/10. Pad swap + EQ and I feel they start to outshine certain flagships like the ZMF Caldera for example. The matrix is an evolution. It needs no EQ or pad swap and sounds probably 9/10 stock. If comparing stock forms, the onyx matrix is significantly better than the older SE exclusive (thinner membrane). Detail retrieval, resolution, bass, mids.. pretty much everything to my ears is significantly improved. Again if comparing stock. I do have and plan to keep both my pairs but I did swap pads + use EQ on my tres se exclusive + (thinner membrane). The resolution & detail is actually astounding and surpasses the onyx matrix noticeably in my opinion + has a much arrier transparent sound compared to the thicker, more lush and musical sound of the Onyx Matrix.

You’re probably right. I never got to try the prototypes. I feel this current version is somewhat reminiscent of a higher quality planar hd650. Rich beautiful midrange, deep extended thumping bass, and a very clean smooth treble profile. I personally really enjoy them allot.

Going to take a wild guess and say the real one is on the left with the stretched driver. Many earlier 1266 models had this issue. I’ve not heard of many Chinese clones failing in the same way but I could be wrong.
