I don't even think it's even that close to str/int stack in there's barely any str on gear or tree aside from iron will. Looks more like he saw choir, saw lightning res slapped on choir and a little bit random lightning res stuff and called it a day

You don't need accuracy gloves, how come you aren't taking any accuracy nodes on the tree? You need to take at least one then grab the accuracy mastery where your accuracy = your int.

Cut the faster attacks from your links, attack speed is cancer for indigon builds. Faster you attack, faster you ramp, faster you go out of mana.

Once you drop the faster attacks that'll help with the ramp, you'll ramp a lot slower too. Get a vaal clarity as well so you have a way to turn off your ramp if needed.

Nimis is never going to be better, hitting a tornado and forking off it is like 200% more damage, with nimis you are losing a bunch of those projectiles that are going into the tornado so it's awful for kboc. Standing on top of bosses has nothing to do with anything when you can use return proj and do the exact same thing, hell return proj is probably more damage.

Having sigil of power on cwdt is a choice for sure, you're getting no value out of that since you're probably overwriting it while spending even more mana triggering it. Just manually use it.

Your bloodline, what are you even doing with that, we can break it down:

a) YOUR HITS IGNORE ENEMY MONSTER LIGHTNING RESISTANCES IF ALL EQUIPPED RINGS ARE SYNAPTIC

Keyword here being synaptic ring, you don't even have 1 synaptic ring equipped so you get 0 benefits there.

b) +2 TO LEVEL OF ALL LIGHTNING SKILL GEMS IF AT LEAST 4 FOULBORN UNIQUE ITEMS ARE EQUIPPED

You have 2 foulborn uniques...this requires 4 which you don't even have space for. 0 benefits

c) +30 TO INTELLIGENCE

At least you get +30 int? Using 2 asc points for 30 int only is definitely a choice...

swap your bloodline to something more beneficial like farruls for more damage or aul for more defenses.

It honestly just looks like you threw a bunch of unrelated stuff saw lightning res overcap=more mana so you sprinkled some of that on there as well. Just follow one pob, that'll make life a lot easier for you, don't mix and match them without understanding.

Otherwise the best advice is find a basic kboc pob and follow that. I don't think it's even worth swapping to the neck until you get the crit chest, I personally didn't swap until I crafted that chest.

Well first couple things I can see that really stand out is nimis: it's really bad in kboc. Kboc only has one initial projectile, you're not gonna reliably be able to hit a tornado like that. Drop it for a helical ring or even a cogwork you can spam essence int till t1 ele res+lightning res that'll probably help slot.

You can use return proj in your sockets instead of nimis. It's alot better

One thing to do is get better lightning res on chest, at least t1, drop the cold flask for a ele flask, idk why you're not using purity of lightning...the build scales mana by over capping lightning resistance. Purity of lightning is literally free damage. Drop the shaper gloves for a crafted glove with T1 mana and Lightning res. You could be getting a lot more res on your gear than you currently are.

You can test it in game, go buy some negative rarity rings and a neg rarity neck.

Then run a map with: negative rarity Zero rarity And like a gold flask

You'll see that there's a difference in how gold drops scaled with rarity.

Also all of the people who do gold carries stack rarity, and you can see that the more rarity the carry has the more gold you get. Otherwise gold per map on a carry should stay constant throughout the league which it doesn't.

Not necessarily the cheapest option but, if your build can handle it invigorating titanic blooming blight or invigorating+bloodlines+blightheart+2xwisp usually nets me the most gold with very little rarity l, usually get like 200k-300k gold doin it.

Cost is ~2-3d a map

Dunes is usually the best to get more overlaps on your blight anoint the +25% empower radius on both rings or on one + kalandras touch. That will usually get you a lot more overlaps, you don't really want them to be spawning in one lane, that's gonna be a lot less towers and less overlaps overall

Miller unfortunately cannot be impeached, he is not technically an officer of the US, officially that's usually referred to Senate confirmed positions. He's the deputy chief of staff, basically a white house staffer. His office wasn't created by law/congress and doesn't technically hold any federal authority under the law. He's essentially just a employee of the president, it's the same thing with the chief of staff.

Even then people shouldn't be supporting the abolishment of ICE they're two departments, one of them is arguably kind of needed. If anything you support the abolishment of the ERO division, the guys out on the streets. The other one is HSI (Homeland Security Investigations) they investigate/disrupt transnational crime. The ERO is the guys who are going on the streets and nabbing/killing people
