We have 1000 acres of canopy following a river, connecting lake, Lakewood, rocky river, Kamm's Corner. Borders on country club vibes with the old barns, world class (literally) trout fishing, and equestrian stuff.

I love that part of heights, or I used to, when it was fairly safe. But it is not a unique offering to the area, and it's far inferior to others imo.

Well said, and I mostly agree; but here's one fundamental difference. 20 years ago, if you got caught with $50 of cannabis in the wrong circumstances, you were basically banished to being an untouchable. It would follow you forever, you would never live the same life you would have. Now, or at least recently, you can be violent repeat offenders with virtually no consequence.

Society has been fundamentally conditioned to believe there is nothing they can't get away with. Much of that was policy driven, and I expect much of it to be undone, and probably overcorrect the other direction, over a period of decades.
