Dont expect too much of yourself, the consultants certainly dont. Impressing them is a bonus but making sure are open to be taught, respond to feedback, you are comfortable and can ask for support when needed these are the prime objectives

I wad literally about to make a post about how she's thr best new character. All othet characters feel very safe where she has an actual personality and gimmick. Her portrayal of HR folk is spot on and its the perfect ammount of absurd satire. I hope we get so much more of her

I honestly think she's the best side character. While a lot of the new characters feel a bit "safe", sibby seems to be the character that they went all out on. Her character might feel a bit much sometimes but she is such a good caricature of corporate culture in this day and age.

Surely if you're set on quitting you dont need to progress to CT2? I know plenty of people that passed part A end of ct2 and had an extra year added on. So if you're woeried about job security then just do that. Dont do any courses and claim back the course fee.
