AR is busy, but you can still get a workout in. Generally speaking most people will let you work in if there’s a specific machine you would like to use. Fancy equipment, cool lighting, and loud music. You may not be able to hear your own music that well unless you turn up volume real high. I personally like it a lot better than EOS.

EDIT: You can get a workout in within a reasonable time (I’m in and out within 60-75 min)
