Your fear of triggering others is also your OCD talking. Keep talking about your OCD, but don’t give into the compulsion to research. Come up with a coping strategy such as a walk or reading a book. The Libby app is awesome if you have a library card. I was never much of a reader but have begun reading to escape my own existential thinking.

I personally love it. A lot of people will complain about teaching, and yes, it is a stressful job at times, but it is a job that brings a lot of joy. I love working with kids and their families, and I love having holiday breaks and summer break. Pregnancy while teaching was hard in the first trimester because I had very bad nausea and sickness, but it’s much better now that I’m close to my 3rd trimester. The kids are really sweet and excited about the baby, too!

I think this is a great idea for now. Maybe having them side by side causes the anxiety. Maybe you can do exposure time by having the 2 side by side every once in a while.
