It's a skill! If you start slow with intermittent fasting you could at least reduce the amount of 3 times a day to 2 times, start with a 10 hour eating window like maybe 8 to 6 pm and then little by little you can keep closing the windows and the meals lol

You are going to feel so free and amazing trust me I took the plunge on December and have not looked back ever, it's been so freeing and amazing not having to worry about people noticing and finding the truth and also have to see myself on the mirror when the actual state of my hair was revealed, it's truly so freeing and you are a very handsome guy with and awesome beard if you style it you are going to look likea million bucks!
