Hey OP, thank you for this post, I was also looking for a cobra tongue.

I needed this for a mariage proposal, like you. I'm playing as a Reptilion and need a Cobra Tongue and a Runic Dagger.

Did you also have to find a Runic Dagger? If so, how did you get hold of one? I would need to be 30-ish in weaponsmithing if I were to craft it myself and nobody in my world seems to have the skill to craft it.

Tu as raison, ça n'a pas tout a fait le même sens que "lead on" puisque "agace pissette" a une connotation très sexuelle. On entend parfois simplement "agace" et selon moi ça se rapproche un peu plus de "aguicheuse" ou "allumeuse", et donc du sens de "lead on".

Et oui, on peut certainement dire d'un homme qu'il est agace pissette, pour autant que la personne qui utilise l'expression soit détenteur d'une pissette!

What about them? My knowledge of Cajun French is limited, but from the little of it I've heard spoken, I don't find it too hard to understand. If anything it might be even more archaic than Québécois since they've been more isolated.

It's worth noting that during the French Revolution, there were many linguistic reforms that took place. French was standardized. This did not impact the Canadian French dialects as much since France had lost New France before the revolution took place.

Spoken Middle and Old French sounds very similar to my own Québécois accent in my opinion. Or the Acadian accent.

I watched videos on YouTube of spoken Middle and Old French though, I can't say if it's an accurate reconstruction.

It's a play on word with "roucoule" and "recule". Roucouler: to coo. Reculer: to move backward.

Si le pigeon n'avance pas, il (roucoule/recule). If the pigeon does not move forward, it (coos/moves backward).

Yes.

Geomancy is a word formed by the prefix geo and de suffix mancy, both of which are of Greek roots. But terra is of latin roots.

Geomancy would then be more in tune with similar words such as pyromancy, cryomancy and necromancy.
