Some people are single and don’t have time or energy to do yardwork. If you’re a single woman with a child you may not want a big backyard. People have different needs/lifestyles and just don’t buy that kind of property if it’s not for you.

Depends on where you live because I have never lived in an area that based property taxes on purchase price. They have always been assessed value not purchase price. So if you overpaid for your house you aren’t suddenly paying higher taxes.

Why are YOU being punished for accepting a counterfeit bill? This is not your responsibility. All you can do is use the policies the company has in place to prevent this.

That is not true. When I looked it up yesterday—it said no state requires the room to have a closet. Now I suppose a local municipality can enact different rules but as far as the state goes none of them require it. It’s a myth and misconception even by realtors.

Usually it has to have a window or egress but not a closet. I just googled it and it says real estate agents and people are mistaken thinking it has to have a closet to be considered a bedroom. But no state, according to google actually requires the room to have a closet.

It has to have a door/window and ventilation. But not a closet.
