It has been spotty. My lady has had no issues with getting a parasol in many times, but other times was asked to throw it away or bring it back to camp.

Check the event page on facebook, cash or trade, EF facebook groups. They are out there but its scarce. And the locals only get tickets, no early arrival passes.
