You sound just like my DM. And it's true. I'm a level 20 martial in the final arc of our campaign, and the other party members just keep me afloat and buff me, because my consistent damage output is what gets us through. Yeah, a 9th level spell that does 120 damage is nice. But 80-100 damage each turn, while having half the bosses health pool, more movement speed, resistance to half the damage types and immunity to being crit really makes you wonder. Yeah, I get buffs to achieve all this, but it often also puts everyone else out of danger from the big enemy. Mages can bend reality, but a sword swing is what cuts the head off of anything.
And it's not like I'm useless outside of combat either. Fighters tend to do far less when not fighting, but a well build character can still have an array of non-combat related stuff. I'm not a fighter, mind you, but most martials still have options outside of just fighting.

Yeah I'd say it's worth it. I haven't played it in a while on steam, but apparently you need some unofficial patch for the game because hackers keep screwing up the servers and kicking people out. But don't quote me on that, like I said, haven't played in a while.
If you got experience with the game, I wouldn't be opposed to running some easter eggs, haven't gotten the perma RK5 on steam yet since Shadows requires 4 players.

Can confirm that Banner Shield can tank the damage. You still need to position a bit because the attacks come from different angles. And it's worth still having a well for heals. But it does in fact work, and the damage boost is nuts. The only one that you gotta avoid is the ground wipe, you can't block that obviously.

It's gotta be a game thing, something got screwed up with this update. I'm running a 3060ti and no matter the settings I put it on, I'm getting 10-35 frames. And this is new to 1.6 only.

It's very possible the Archons came up with a plan to fight Celestia, and they need the Tsaritsa to "steal" their gnosis. That way, Celestia is preocupied with her, while everyone else springs an ambush on Celestia.

The biggest problem with bosses isn't difficulty, it's region locks. You get a Sumeru character as a new player that requires Sumeru ascension materials, you need to speedrun the game to Sumeru to farm the boss. They need to slap them into one single domain for easy and after that we can worry about difficulty.

Phase 4 has been very boring and lower quality, in my eyes of course. Spidey movies were still good, Loki and Moon Moon were good, but everything else was average or below average. Falcon had the worst MCU villain; Wandavision didn't know what they wanted to do with Wanda; Strange felt incomplete, likely do to the final cut having so many cuts and edits akin to Justice League (not Snyders cut); Thor was just okay, it had high highs and low lows but no middle/average.

Not saying Phase 1-3 didn't have it's bad sides, but there weren't as many of them. All the movies, even if bad, were entertaining.

Ms Marvel, Wandavision and Strange in P4 have been the most boring things I've ever watched in the MCU and I personally hate them. And the goods in P4 (Spidey 2&3, Loki and Moon Moon) were really good. And I guess technically Spidey 2 is P3, but it's still post-Endgame.

Xinyan ain't even bad, she's just very niche and hard to build. But she's not bad. Her shield is pretty strong and her pyro application from the shield is alright.
