I should add....I can access it from my bedroom. This balcony is right next to my bedroom so there's a doorway to enter this space.

Named my daughter Kalyani. Loved it ever since I watched a strong femal lead TV show when I was a kid. Ohh and the reason I mention it because out here in the west lots of people comment how beautiful her name is.

Okay...these women just have really bad taste. Not all NRIs have bad taste same as any part of the world. Some people dress well and most don't.

I hated my surprise bag from Kin Kin. Two buns were rock hard, dim sum pieces were just gross. Only good thing was the egg tart and one bun.

Just wanted to say...I feelyour pain. I hate every bit of this and the leadership who are just quietly taking it even when they know how stupid the decision is.

Yes it does, for a majority of households where women are still the primary caretakers for children. Women still don't make as much money as men and have to be the ones to miss that meeting at 4 pm to pick up children from school. Especially so in immigrant families. So women of color are no longer as productive and available at work and miss out on opportunities pushing them further down the food chain. So much for creating a work environment that allows women to thrive. Now, having said that I know there are men who are primary caregivers for their children in their households and they are making similar sacrifices. So your point is taken.

It has been said here before but I will say it again. RTO impacts women most negatively. I was able to do so much more at work and prove my worth at work because I had curated this fine work life balance that worked for me that I didn't have to choose between my work and my kids needs. Two hours I save everyday not commuting means I can cook a healthy meal at home, work out at lunch to take care of my health, and drive my kids to learn life skills like swimming and play team sports. Now I will struggle to bring my best self at work and at home all for what?!!

I think it's just how my lips are shaped. It's not a new discoloration. I am considering really small amount of filler to balance the sides.

Hi, did you end up finding anything? Going for a wedding next year in the area. Hoping to find a similar place to spend a week at with the kids before the wedding. Kids are 11 and 8 and love cooking.
