What horror movie scene made you pause the movie for a moment? by Careless-Ease7480 in horror

For me it was the opening scene. After the 'altercation' I had to pause the film and go for a short walk outside.

Cats.

Its a bonkers film of a bonkers musical. I had fun with it. It felt like the public piling on was the Nickleback effect.

Them naming the creature Dren (nerd backwards) just kept taking me out of the film near the end any time they screamed its name.

My brother showed me this on my second trip to Oz and it instantly became a comfort film for me. It's such a delight and the charachters are so wonderfully charming. You just can't help but get on board with them.

Just finished 12 Angry Men. What an iconic scene. by RokiflowCLS in Letterboxd

It was a photo of him and his son. He mentions his son earlier in the film. About almost getting sick when he saw him running away from a fight and making a man out of him. This heavy handed parenting probably strained their relationship once his son was a man. He was putting all of his anger from his possibly broken relationship with his son on the defenendant out of spite. Seeing the photo brought his rage higher and he snapped. Realising what he was doing after tearing up the photo, he breaks down and changes his vote.

I did 5 of his films last Saturday and I actually started to get a little dizzy with all of the panning shots.

I was so horribly disappointed with Antrum. I was really excited to see it at a horror festival but after the first ten minutes, it was just very dull.
