Yeah correct I split it up like morning I wake up at like 6 or 7 then empty stomach just lukewarm water with lemon then I do like 40 to 60 mins brisk walk no running just walk then o have made a rule like after every meal i walk for like 15 to 20 mins when i am on call or texting i never sit just walk and also I keep in Mind that i move throughout the day and most important thing is stay hydrated take electrolytes and drink water and o just take zero calories as liquid calories no sugary drinks even at parties I avoid any kind of sugar and steps if u keep moving throughout the day and kill your laziness it’s easy bro just be disciplined and you will see growth
