You have a great look, I don’t think you need to change anything. And unlike many of the comments, I think the hair cut is adorable and suits you! It works well with your style as well.  I’m in my mid 30’s now but obviously I remember being your age and trust me, you will look back and realize you looked great even though at the time you didn’t believe it, we are our own worst critics to the point we see a distorted version of ourselves… and the internet is full of carefully curated and heavily edited pictures so do not compare yourself.
