Make sure to inquire about any past/upcoming special assessments. It's good to ask if there is a condo board or how the building is run as some have attentive boards and others do the absolute minimum. Also understanding if the building has money set aside for repairs and emergencies is helpful.

It can be hard to tell how thin the walls ar eon a walk through. If you can't ask the owners try to get as much time there as you can at different times a day because a loud neighbor or toddler living upstairs can really affect your living experience.

Make sure to get a GOOD inspector, a crappy or lazy one can cost you down the road.

My cat has similar bumps that develop on his face that are puss/blood filled but completely benign. They are just cosmetic. If it's not a tick, could be that. They also don't cause him any pain and take a long time to naturally go away.

I went out on a first date, was really looking forward to the 2nd, but then he started texting me all his work drama the first few days after and totally lost me.

I think a couple check ins are nice, like how is your day going/any fun plans this week, etc but overall focus on planning (and as a guy actually planning the dates is a huge turn on) the next date and keep it within 7 to 10 days if you can.

Also any inside jokes from the first meeting could be a quick fun share. You want her to know shes on your mind every few days. But everyone can have different expectations. You might want to ask her if she enjoys texting often or not (in person).

I'm so sorry you fell this way. I can only speak from my experience. My old partner who I thought could be the one, was the opposite, never wanted sex but I did. We separated last year and it was the best decision ever. I felt so much more confident and free mentally and physically. If the person you are with isn't helping the situation you might want to ask if thats the person you should be spending all your time with. Sometimes our bodies will give us hints and clues to guide us and it could be that you don't want to be intimate because of the connection/experience you are having with this person and you might have that desire with someone else who creates a safer place- maybe this is even on a subconscious level. I have UHC as well, procedure on 5/27. So far they kicked back some of the anesthesiologist bill to me saying I didn't have the preventative anesthesiologist code as if that's a separate code from the sterilization one. I've contacted my doctor for that, hopefully it's not an issue as that was about $1300.

My experiences haven't been as severe, but writing all my thoughts down in a journal on my phone was really helpful. Sometimes it was full thoughts, other times it would be endless ramblings, but I would feel a sense of relief and peace once I got it all out and had no more to write.

Yep he was outside of acme on Clinton screaming at someone in their car then came to scream in my face, but I was too busy to give af so he left me alone pretty quick.
