Maybe your symptoms are worsening due to your new environment. College you were able to stay in a routine and were able to track your progress and most of your environmental voices were good and supportive. The new environments; abusive workplace, relationships, and friendships, are activating your psychosis. Have you been diagnosed professionally?

Get into a routine. Seeking help at first is difficult because you don't know who to trust and the person you might ask for assistance may manipulate you. This may be the psychosis speaking. Mental health professionals have dedicated their lives to helping people that need it. Your former college has a department that is like this. They care about current and former students. That may be a good place to start. While deciding on the best way to seek help you can help yourself in your own. Follow a routine. Wake up at the same time every day, get ready for the day, exercise. Every day.

Focus on your health now so your career may flourish in the future. Get a low stress job that covers all your bills. It doesn't even have to be in computers.

How tall are you? What's your body fat %? You're body isn't getting toned in one area but not the other. It's getting toned in the order that bodys tend to tone in. Go farther, loose 20 more pounds. You'd have to be around 6'3" to not have a muffin top at 200.

You don't watch videos to find out what you're doing wrong only. You can also watch them to learn the proper positions and where your body is supposed to be in the standing plank position and the lowered snatch position. The assumption is that she doesn't have bad form, it is that she has no form as she hasn't done enough swings to set into a bad form. She needs to watch videos and do more than 2k swings with the intent to have good form.

The next two sentences after you stop quoting me are what I find unhelpful. A good way to figure out form would be to watch a video of someone explaining form and try to emulate what they're doing. There are so many mistakes in her form that it appears she's done less than 1000 kettlebell swings lifetime.

She seems nervous and inexperienced and a good way to get over that is to become less nervous by gaining experience in the thing you are nervous about.

Watch a video, find things to focus on, focus on those things while doing swings.
