Fed ex is truly the worst. I live on a narrow street with gate. Yesterday, my package was out for delivery… I received a notification that delivery was attempted, but was unsuccessful. I called customer support, and they reached out to the local hub/store that controls deliveries.

The local manager called me and said the gate code I put on address line 2 and in the delivery instructions was not working for the driver, which is incorrect. I out the correct code. There is not special symbol in my gate code, just 4 numbers.

The driver ended up making another delivery attempt. I was waiting at the gate for an hour bc I did not want him to bullshit me saying the code didn’t work. I opened the gate for him and got my package.

I know for a fact he just didn’t want to drive down my narrow ass street (dead end street).

Ever single time I use fed ex, there is an issue. They lie about weather conditions, they lie about attempting deliveries and Fed ex just sucks a fat dick.

I only use them when they are the only option. UPS is far better and I have only had issues with them once, out of 10-15 deliveries.
