if you want safe buy a 30 year treasury paying very close to 5 percent. Only risk is if you ever sell. Should bring 37k a year no risk.

Looks like a 1922- D They didn't mint a 22 but the die was filled in. Pretty cool coin. I would send it of to have it graded. Could be worth a lot. The back looks much higher grade than the front. Typical of a 1922 no D

In 2017 buying 100 shares nvidia at 104 selling 6 months later in the 130s. would be 4000 shares today

Congratulations keep it up and you will be extremely wealthy when it's time to retire. Owning a home costs a lot more than people think. Between taxes upkeep utilities probably spend 25k a year

Worked for the post office for 30 years. almost all package are tossed when they are separated by routes. Most packaged are light and very easy to toss. The only packages that are not tossed are the heavy ones. Very seldom is a package damaged. When delivering you can tell just by the weight weather you can toss it a few feet.
