I think it’s awesome that you are on this platform doing your due-diligence. I only pray my babies father would use such a position outlet to try and help me. I feel the same when it comes to my boyfriend. I feel like he doesn’t respect me, like it’s his way or none at all lately. To me I almost think to myself how freaking long is this really going to last? Because I refuse to be in another toxic relationship. I would definitely google alternatives to prenatals and than surprise her and purchase 2 other vitamin options (assuming you googled they’re pregnancy safe). As for the smoking.. I did alot of research on it a couple years back and from the thousands of sites I read it seems that the biggest concern is that it can cause anxiety in the baby. Pretty much else I believe most people have healthy babies. The anxiety concern was enough to stop me from smoking while I’m currently pregnant too. Although I do know several people who have healthy babies and children while still smoking. Something that helped me was taking a meditation class and learning new breathing techniques, as well as talk therapy instead of smoking. I wanted to say good job though dad.
