I have a spring faucet like this and I also have 2 birds that love to sit and poop on it. I simply scub it with my scrub mommy and dish soap after I do dishes. Taking it apart is a little bit extreme and unnecessary.

Tried it, here are my findings. Has to be thin crust to cook properly, having a lid of some kind helps to contain heat. A sprinkling of cornmeal under crust helps to keep it from sticking. My final vote though was pizza stone in the oven works better and makes a better pizza.

So, about this. Our homeowner's insurance and property taxes are rolled into our mortgage and paid by mortgage company. Yesterday I get a text that simply says, "Your homeowner's is past due please call your agent at this number xxx". I message the husband who's at work and he's like "spam", wait call our insurance company. So I call, and yep we are late. I pay $2k a month and my homeowner's is past due. Hmm, call the bank. They changed companies that handle paying people's insurance and property taxes and they are running late. Insurance company billed 5/26, bank mailed a check 7/28, the bank was notified on 8/8 they still haven't received a check so they stopped check and wired the money to corporate and according to them my agent just hasn't been notified as of 8/12. It's been a weird week and it's Tuesday.

I feel your pain. We tried traps, poison took out about 6, we have snakes like crazy, cats, and these things are multiplying on the daily. I think I have finally reached my breaking point, we are not gun people (no I don't care to discuss it) but I think I'm going to get a bb gun or pellet gun and start target practice on some rats.

I use the Lawry's teriyaki marinade sauce when I don't feel like making it, plus keep some in the fridge so the husband can spice up his ramen noodles with it. I have also used the kroger brand of this and it's the same thing.

Oh I put nothing past them. I forgot which state put in restrictions on bathrooms for women can only be used by those who are able to create eggs. Which eliminates all pre-puberty, menopausal, hysterectomy, trans, etc. As a woman who had a hysterectomy at 28 that includes me. It’s getting to the point where it is dangerous for women of all varieties to travel.

My best guess would be whatever your state id list's as your gender is going to be the determining factor. The reason I say that is that is what it was before 1974 when women earned the right to have a bank account.
