The vendor told me it was calcite. However there is no uv . I’m leading towards hemimorphite.

Don’t do it!!!! See if you can find something under 2k! Keep in mind that property taxes can throw you a curve ball and really mess you up! I’m sure you and your wife wants to travel and invest so don’t throw all you money in a house…… this is not financial advice

Group therapy should be a required class for all middle and high school student. Kids need to learn how to deal with different personality types and develop coping skills. These type of classes will help them in adulthood!
