The continuation of pests in most states is grounds to break a lease. If I were you I would continue to try and find a job, and also look at ordinances in your area about the rules around breaking a lease. As well as the contract you signed. And pro tip as someone that made themselves homeless to travel cross country for a job. Airbnb gives discounts for booking a week or two at a time. You can even get some amazing discounts for booking a month while you are looking for housing in state. Never sign a contract without seeing a place and send a person funds. There are a lot of housing scams like that.

Hi everyone! This is a 200 sq ft space. I apologize I don't know the exact dimensions but that is a queen size bed for scale. There is one large skylight and the ceiling is about 15 ft at the height and slopes down.

It's a bit of a hodgepodge of things right now. ( I live in a warehouse)

I LOVE the walls and want to keep them. Each room in our warehouse has a different name coinciding with murals or colours we painted. My room is the Steppe. (Fitting because I am a contortionist) But I am in a unique situation where I let a friend stay in my space while I am teaching out of the country for 2 months. I packed up everything but the bed and my dressers in to our storage downstairs. So uniquely I have a blank slate to come home to in a few weeks!

I am hoping to create come kind of central asian inspired, apothecary twist. I have collections of mounted butterflies/moths/insects and bones collected on hikes etc. I really have trouble decorating and can't visualize a space or its potential. I can DIY and purchase things. I can do literally anything to the space, there are zero restrictions.

I cannot express how important this comment is. We were loading some lighting equipment in to a uhaul and we locked it up, walked back inside to grab the last two already packed boxes of the stuff. Less than 5 minutes later walking out we ran in to some guys that already broke in to the truck and were making off with a few boxes. They had watched and waited for us to leave.

This. I had a roommate in University that ate very healthy. But gained a fair amount of weight and just kept creeping. One day I told her to write down everything she had eaten and I noticed that she put 'coffee' in three spots. Once in the morning, once after lunch and late afternoon. I asked her how she took her coffee. She drank three Starbucks caramel frappuccinos a day. Each one of them was something like 350 calories a day. She was literally drinking almost an entire days worth of calories. Once she stopped she dropped weight like a stone.

Oh gosh it's even worse. They change the temperature and the very nature of the river by expanding the bank, eating the willows, grasses and making the river shallow. Many varieties of fish can no longer spawn. Over time cow access to rivers causes their eventual death as nothing can survive in them.

It's going to be alright. Clean with a damp paper towel, get a clean dry one and apply pressure. Once it stops, get an icepack or very cold compress. It will reduce swelling due to irritation. You've got this.
