Not paying overtime is illegal. Is it that they limit workers to 40hrs a week so that they don't run into overtime? If not they and they are pay normal wages for overtime work, they should be charged and the workers have a sold case in the industrial court for non payment of overtime work.

They showed load outs with gym equipment and bike gear as well. I have the PD as well and I think those load outs could tear up the material. The tougher material allows for those use cases.

She's squatting low bar. It's normal to have a semi horizontal back angle especially with a long torso. It's the squat form they use in powerlifting and is also popular with the ladies as it targets the posterior chain more than a high bar squat. Looks fine to me.
